Work-life balance - Sometimes, peace isn’t found by stopping — but by moving

Sometimes, peace isn’t found by stopping — but by moving. This short film is about what happens when life gets too still — when days blend together behind a screen, and the mind starts to feel stuck. I took my bike and went out into the forest near my home in Norway. No plans, no goals — just movement, air, and silence. Out to Find Myself Again is a quiet reflection on mental balance, nature, and the simple act of going outside. 🎥 Directed, filmed and narrated by Bjorn To Travel 📍 Filmed in Romeriksåsen, Norway 🎧 Music from Epidemic Sound (add track names here if you want to credit them)

I Escaped to the Norwegian Mountains to Chase Stillness

When the world gets too loud, sometimes you have to leave — just to remember what silence sounds like. This is my first winter weekend in the mountains — the first snow, the first fire, and that familiar feeling of calm slowly returning. Filmed at Kyrakampen (979 m) in Gausdal, Norway.
